MASSAGE THERAPIST: STEVE CIMMARRUSTI

Steve has been in the massage industry since 1989 and a Holistic Health Practitioner since 1992. He has worked for several chiropractors and massage teams throughout California and was one of the first waves of massage therapists to work with Deepak Chorpa when he first arrived San Diego in the early 1990’s. (1993 – 1995)

 

In 1995, Steve became the director of The Awareness Center in Pacific Beach, California, where he currently practices massage.

 

As a massage therapist and bodyworker, Steve has developed a unique system of releasing the deeper muscles of the upper and lower back by first accessing the insertion points of the larger muscular structure. This technique is initially utilized for most basic structural therapies with uncanny success. For more chronic conditions, modalities such as Neuromuscular Reeducation, Shiatsu, Deep tissue massage, Passive Motion Work, Cross Fiber Friction, Muscle Stripping, and/or Parasympathetic Massage may be integrated for greater results.
